Global Enrichment through Tai Chi
What is a global phenomenon and what role do you play in it? As we go about our daily routines keeping the house organized, performing our jobs well, and keeping up with friends and family, we are secluded in a small nucleus of the world. Bring in meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga, and Tai Chi. These activities can be done individually, but more often than not people gather to participate in them. When this happens there is a global shift in consciousness that has been measured and documented. Lynne McTaggart with her Intention experiments has also measured this phenomenon repeatedly and has expanded programs to support people with intention gatherings.
My guest today, Bill Douglas, or World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day, and now a second global event, Global Transformation Project, to expedite Mind Body Education worldwide, has been creating these waves of consciousness for almost three decades. Based out of the Mind Body Institute at the University of Kansas Medical Centre he offers Tai Chi classes for self-care on a weekly basis with profound results.
