Meditation has been around for centuries.  Conversation about breathing deeply is everywhere as we navigate mental wellness and de-stressing our lives.  What are the effects of deep breathing and the ability to calm and clear the mind?  Debbie Rossi, our guest today, is a bioenergetic wellness facilitator, teacher trainer for Meditation Australia, and creator of the intuitive meditation program which she offers at the Center for Intuitive Meditation.

As with each episode, we try to focus on your self-care.  Be sure to relax and make a cup of tea to enjoy the episode.  Be sure to relax with the Lakota Prayer Meditation, as well as some of the dance ideas to bring you some joy in movement.
